Update: So cool! I prep'd this post at first with a prediction he would say it ... twice, once and again after a 15 minute cheer! (I erased it before posting it, after reminding myself of the Dusty curse. )

Little did I know it would be one long cheer punctuated by a speech!!!! I'll leave it to Viking-pundit to point to the result of Arnold in the campaign.
