Will there be a story bigger than the election?

Will Bush win? Will Kerry? Will we be able to find out on the Internet? Maybe. maybe not. I have been seeing alot of reports wires are singing and disks a smoking. With the best, most varied, most interesting, and lively stories available anywhere and the ability to participate, talk, kibbitz, worry and fret, dance and celebrate, (I've been listening to the "When the Man Comes Around" ad all day) and do it together, the biggest story of this day may be that the Internet collapsed on Nov 2, 2004.

I can't imagine how well the digital papers and really big sites are handling this, but this will be a story even if it doesn't collapse tonight.
