I got such a kick out of the news report that Bill C at Brain Droppings posted about. IPE traders as Cockney barrow boy spivs, I mean who are they? If I didn't know where the name came from, I, at least, had a vague idea what they did to acquire the moniker and there was one comment there that helped the perspective. But then in my meanderings, I happened on a video, which I think might explain them to a tee. So I sent it to him; it fits better to see the piece and the vidclip together.
