Continuing Mexican border dialogue

Frank Laughter is keeping tabs on the activities and news about our southern neighbor and the border. An earlier post highlighted Mexican oppostion to the plan to build our Effective Cross-Border Channelization Efficiency System (hey, I like that sound, I think I'll keep it) and most recently a post about some indispensible assistance they are trying to give our public schools.

Now if Mexico would offer to pay her childrens' school tuition, that would be something.
