Shameful, CBS!
I'd like to see Killian's secretary under oath in a courtroom and see how well she does when not asked questions she'd prepared 8 hours for. She'd be mincemeat in five minutes. I 'm not saying she deserves it (too much) but this was a completely coach, manipulated broadcast, just like the original one.
Rather didn't lay the evidence on the table for all to see, only what he wanted the public to see. I am still not sure what to think about investigations and penalties, but surely those who think this is disgraceful conduct on the part of CBS ought to pursue public humiliation and commercial boycotts if they feel strongly about it. I know I do now.

"We will continue to investigate credible evidence...?"You betcha Dan! It will be overwelming! Bwahahaha.
