Pre-emption to the extreme!

Drudge has a news flash (hat tip The Corner): Democrats have a pre-emption policy. No not that, silly (they would never go for pre-empting a foreign threat), pre-emption for a domestic 'threat'. As in Republicans. The trigger is neither imminency nor immediacy. It doesn't have to be a growing, suspected or evolving threat. In fact, there does not have to be any pretext at all. Item 2 in the Democrats Election Day Manual:

"2. If no signs of intimidation techniques have emerge yet, launch a "pre-emptive strike", (particularly well-suited to states in which there (sic) techniques have been tried in the past)."

On a serious note, the people now in charge of the Democratic Party are an embarassment to US political history. If the MSM does not bring these things (attacks on political hq's, fraudulant voter registrations, corruption, suppression of free speech rights, ad infinitum) to the fore and force correction to the debasing of politics it will strip them of any entitlement to consider themselves the leaders of the Fourth Estate.
