I missed Matt's interview with Horst(?), the chef responsible for the big shindig last night. I did catch the 1800 lbs of beef brisket, 21,000 quesadillas, something, honey shrimp. The beef brisket was smoked in a cooker for 12 hours before serving and Horst thought this was the favorite with the diners.
