If you expect your complaints of slanderous and libelous acts by a business conglomorate (already hunkered down and manning the barricades) to be taken seriously, I would think it best to send a registered letter via snail-mail. Registered mail does have that traditional air of legality to it and it much less likely to be caught in any equivalent of the 'spam bin' .

Just a thought, ya know, if you really wanted an answer to a complaint which you felt was important to you ...
